These Terms apply to all purchases made through the Salvaezio online store. By placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

3. Products & Availability

Product images may slightly differ from the delivered item. Availability is subject to change. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders.

4. Prices & Payment

All prices include applicable taxes (if required by law) but exclude shipping costs. Available payment methods may include Shopify Payments, PayPal, Stripe, and Klarna, depending on availability.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery times vary depending on destination. Shipping carriers may include DHL, UPS, or FedEx. Delays caused by customs or external factors are beyond our control.

6. Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)

EU customers have a statutory right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days without providing a reason. To exercise this right, contact support@salvaezio.com.

7. Returns

Returns must be sent to the return address provided by our support team. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective.

8. Liability

We are liable only for damages caused by intent or gross negligence. Liability for minor negligence is excluded unless essential contractual obligations are breached.

9. Governing Law

For EU customers, German law applies (excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods). For US and international customers, applicable consumer protection laws may apply.

10. Dispute Resolution

The European Commission provides an online dispute resolution platform. We are not obligated or willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
