Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Salvaezio – Emin Kaplan, An der Schaftrift 50, Email: support@salvaezio.com) by means of a clear statement (eg, an email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract.

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse you for all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (except additional costs resulting from choosing a different type of delivery than the standard one offered by us), without undue delay and at the latest within 14 days from the day on which we received notice of your withdrawal.

For this reimbursement, we will use the same payment method that you used in the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you. No fees will be charged for the refund.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the returned goods or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.

You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you inform us of the withdrawal. You shall bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (except for the additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than have chosen the standard delivery offered by us), immediately and at the latest within 14 days from the day on which we received notification of your revocation.

For this refund we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, Unless expressly agreed otherwise with you, you will not be charged any fees for this repayment.

We may refuse repayment until we have received the goods back or until you have provided evidence that that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.

You must return the goods promptly and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which you notify us of the cancellation of this contract, to return or hand over to us. You shall bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
