If you would like to request a return or refund, please contact us at

All requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. If your return is approved, we will provide you with return instructions.

Returned items must be unused, in original condition, and in their original packaging.

Refunds, if approved, will be issued to the original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise stated.
