The delivery timeframe consists of two periods: ‎‎

2. Shipping Time:

• Germany: 5-8 business days

• Austria: 5-8 business days

• Switzerland: 5-8 business days

• Europe-wide: 5-8 business days

3. Shipping Options:

• Free DHL/Hermes standard shipping


CANCELLATION

Please note that once an order has been placed, it cannot be modified or canceled prior to delivery. All orders are processed immediately to ensure timely delivery.


LOST OR RETURNED PACKAGE

If a package is lost due to logistical issues or cannot be delivered, we will immediately send a replacement. Please contact our customer service at support@salvaezio.com for assistance.


MY ITEM IS DEFECTIVE

How frustrating! Unfortunately, items can occasionally be damaged during transit or the wrong product might be delivered. We will always send you a replacement free of charge the first time, but we cannot offer a refund. If the replacement is also defective, we will fully refund your purchase.
